50: KATE GOLLE: Juggling family and business with mindset and business hacks
Kate Gollé is a mumma of 3, married to her high school sweetheart and is passionate about helping others live an empowered life. Health and wellness became her passion over 20 years ago, and she went on to own and run 7 Wellness Centres in Australia, detox programs in the US, Europe and Australia and also worked as a business coach to help wellness professionals increase their reach and impact.
She is an author of the book ‘Raising Healthy Families In Unhealthy Times’ which is a guide for conscious parenting and together with her husband produced the world renown health documentary ‘Overfed and Undernourished’.
Kate is an international speaker and draws on a wealth of knowledge and experience as a role model to mumma’s wanting to pursue their passion, career and purpose while being an exceptional partner, mum, friend and keeping their cup full. She has successfully balanced raising three happy, healthy children naturally, whilst leading thousands of people on their wellness journey and transitioned from traditional business, to completely being online. She now coaches and mentors women all around the world through her podcast, The Empowered Women’s Project and through teaching women how they can create life on their own terms, with the financial abundance, health, happiness and community that they deserve and desire, without it coming at a cost to what really matters in life.
